ED777 Terms and Conditions — What You Agree to When You Play on Our Platform

Welcome to ED777 — Pakistan's online gaming platform available at ed777.click. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and ED777 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ED777 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on ED777. Where duplicate accounts are found, all accounts involved will be suspended, balances may be forfeited, and further investigation may be conducted.

You are responsible for:

ED777 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following verified payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT (Interbank Funds Transfer), and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though certain payment methods may carry their own transaction limits set by the payment provider. ED777 does not charge any fee on deposits — the full deposited amount is credited to your gaming wallet.

All payments must be made from accounts and cards that are registered in your own name. Depositing using a payment method belonging to another person is a violation of these Terms and may be treated as fraud. ED777 processes withdrawal requests within 5 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash, 24 hours a day. NayaPay, SadaPay, and bank card withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes. IBFT bank transfers are processed within the same business day.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be verified before your first withdrawal. Verification requires submission of a valid CNIC or passport.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Any deposit must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal of that amount can be processed. This applies to real-money deposits and is separate from bonus wagering requirements.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• ED777 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual withdrawal requests. This may temporarily delay processing but will not result in withholding of legitimate funds.

Standard bonus terms:

• The welcome bonus (100% match up to Rs 10,000) is available to new players making their first deposit only.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 30× the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted. For example, a Rs 5,000 bonus requires Rs 1,50,000 in total wagers before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Uncompleted bonuses expire after this period and are removed from the account without compensation.

ED777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• There is a breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent activity is suspected or confirmed.
• The account shows patterns consistent with money laundering.
• The account holder requests self-exclusion under the responsible gaming tools.
• ED777 is required to do so by regulatory or legal obligations.

In cases of suspension due to Terms violation, ED777 will conduct an investigation before determining whether funds in the account are payable. Funds determined to be the result of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or Terms violations will be forfeited. Legitimate funds deposited by the player (excluding winnings from prohibited activities) may be returned at ED777's discretion following investigation.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, or create derivative works from any ED777 content without prior written authorisation from ED777. Scraping, data mining, or extracting content from the platform by automated means is expressly prohibited.

ED777 provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available continuously and reliably, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. ED777 will not be liable for any loss arising from:

• Technical interruptions, server downtime, or network failures beyond our reasonable control.

In all circumstances, ED777's total liability to any player for any claim shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
